That sense of "stuckness" is one of the most common feelings in the world.

It can take many forms — low energy, lack of motivation, fear of criticism, endless worry, procrastination, insecurity, self-judgement, guilt, shame... to name just a few.

But the roots are universal: 

Physical tension and chronic stress... negative beliefs and self-defeating thought patterns... and deeply ingrained habits for interacting with people and the world.

All of these hold you back from discovering and embracing true power, purpose, and meaning in your life.

And whatever you want to experience, accomplish, or become, mission number one is always the same:


To Get Unstuck!

But if you’ve tried and just felt frustrated, you’re not alone.

Trust me, I know.

Years ago, when I set out to try to move past my own rut of anxiety, timidity, and depression, I came across a lot of B.S.:

Corny self-help cliches lifted from corporate team-building seminars... New Age airy-fairy wishful thinking and escapist fantasy... slicked-up scammy "gurus" just looking to promote their cults of personality... And milquetoast psychological "tips and tricks" that look good on paper, but lack the practical potency to make real change...

Not saying there's zero value in any of that. 

But I'll say what I said to myself then:


You Deserve Better.

So I kept searching.

I sought out more "underground" wisdom, and got initiated into some powerful traditions for self-change — some ancient, some modern; some Eastern, some Western; some esoteric, and some just common sense that seems too ordinary to even mention, but that no one really does.

It was quite an adventure, and a very long story. 

But the point is:

There's real stuff out there.

And when I put it into practice, it worked almost like magic to get me past my rut, and put me in touch with a deep, inner source of power, meaning and purpose.

As I went, I took the good, tossed the bad, developed further methods of my own, eventually putting it all together into my own system.

In an homage to my childhood love of old sci-fi shows, I called it...


"The Bionic Mind Method"

Back then, I was working as an adjunct professor, and I decided to use that experience to start teaching my system to others.

The idea was to offer a toolbox of the most powerful, practical techniques and concepts for real self-change, and present them in the most down-to-Earth, accessible way possible, so everyone could use them.

I figured, if I could do it, then anyone could.

And more importantly:

I wanted to offer an alternative to mainstream self-improvement, which had been such a disappointment to me. Because despite how corny and cliche that stuff can seem, genuine self-transformation is the coolest, most exciting, most worthwhile pursuit imaginable.

I mean... what else?

I also wanted to help people skip the frustration, dead ends, and long, winding road of trial and error I had to go on, and...

The Good Stuff

Before long, I was teaching it to all sorts of people, all over the world — artists and musicians, songwriters, athletes, small business owners, CEOs, and people just starting out on their path. 

And they've all gone on to pursue their true goals and purpose with more energy, enthusiasm, inspiration, and confidence than ever before. 

That's the thing:

Everyone has their own goals, circumstances, and desires. 

The Bionic Mind Method is about embracing and fulfilling yours. 

It's not about becoming some unrealistic, idealized version of yourself, living up to anyone else's expectations, or giving your power, individuality, and independence away to a guru.

It's about becoming yourself — your deepest, truest self — and expressing it fully in the world. 

After all...


It's All About YOU

I mean, it's your life, isn't it?

You're the hero of your own story. 

But sadly, most people live more like extras in their own lives, cut off from their true self and authentic purpose. They live without a fire of inspiration, sleepwalking through dull routines of daily life at a tiny fraction of their true potential.

That's where life takes you if you just sit back and let it happen. 

And if you want to get unstuck, you have to actively rebel against that

But once you do, everything starts to change:

You get in touch with an endless source of energy, creativity, inspiration and wisdom within you... You discover potentials and powers you may never knew you had, and do things you didn’t dare do before... And you realize you can shape yourself and your reality into whatever you want them to be. 

That's the real adventure, and it's the journey of a lifetime.
